All services are provided on a contractual basis, with specific terms, duration, and deliverables clearly defined in the service agreement. We maintain the right to modify our service offerings with appropriate notice to clients, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to market demands.

Clients must provide necessary access, information, and resources required for Prime Connect BPO to deliver services effectively. We commit to maintaining professional standards and delivering services within agreed-upon timeframes.

2.3 Clients retain ownership of their data and intellectual property. Prime Connect BPO commits to using client data solely for the purpose of delivering agreed-upon services and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit authorization.
